Co o Globe říkají Shopify obchodníci

Great app that is easy set up and use, it's very simple and intuitive while offering everything we need to be able to offer pickup point delivery and label printing. This app has significantly increased our efficiency when it comes to fulfilling orders.

On top of that, their customer support is among the best I have ever been in contact with. Initially they didn't support label printing for one of our carriers but after giving Globe our contact details from that carrier they were able to implement everything within a day. And the price for all of this is just unmatched. Highly recommend this app!

I am using Globe Pickup Points app and it woks amazing for my website. it's easy to use and the support offered by the team is professional and prompt. I also use the app PayFlow from them and these 2 aps are working sync perfectly.

They enabled the cart feature without my permission and it affected my sales. You cannot do that. This is unacceptable.

We have been using Globe Pickup Points on our Shopify store for a while now and we are very happy with it. The service is extremely quick, super useful and always ready to help! Would definitely recommend!

Useful app that solved our issued with generating DPD labels (Czechia). Incredible support that goes above and beyond. 100% recommended!

We have been using Globe for over a year now, and I can highly recommend it. Creating and printing labels is simple and efficient. It makes processing orders much easier for us. Plus, they have fantastic customer support that provides prompt assistance whenever needed. Highly recommended!

Skvela okamzita podpora. Doporucuji 100%.

5 stars is not enough. Had trouble with a carrier and they fixed the issue within an hour. Excellent.

We’re delighted with Globe Pickup! We suggested an improvement to the design of their reminder emails, and they had it implemented within hours. The team does a fantastic job: they’re professional, quick to respond and always receptive to feedback.

The app keeps getting better and makes our work so much easier. It also makes choosing a pickup point simple and convenient for our customers.

It’s a pleasure to find such a useful app backed by such a responsive team. Highly recommended!

Skvělá aplikace, se kterou jsme opravdu spokojeni. Pomáhá nám nabídnout zákazníkům pohodlnější a příjemnější nákupní zkušenost, zejména v závěrečné části nákupu. Jednoduché nastavení a bezproblémové fungování. Rozhodně doporučujeme.

Excellent app, easily the best on the market.

If I could, I would gladly give it 10 stars instead of 5, especially because I honestly can’t remember the last time I came across such a helpful and responsive service provider (if ever). Every development request or improvement I’ve asked for so far has been implemented incredibly quickly.

The app itself is also very stable and fast, supports a huge number of courier companies, and on top of all that, the pricing is unbeatable.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Jednoznačně 5*. Fantastická podpora a hluboká konfigurabilita. Náš obchod není nejmenší a udělalo mi velkou radost když všechna naše specifika šlo v pohodě ošetřit.

Velmi rychlá a vstřícná pomoc s nastavením eshopu.

We have been using Globe Pickup Points on our Shopify store and have been very happy with the app. It solves a fairly significant Shopify limitation: for non-Plus merchants, Shopify does not natively allow customers to select a pickup point directly at checkout.

Moving the pickup point selection to the cart has made a big difference for us and helped us significantly reduce the number of undelivered shipments.

What I appreciate most, however, is the support from the developers. They have always responded almost immediately and have been willing to solve every issue we encountered — even when the problem was caused by our rather non-standard Shopify setup. Their willingness to investigate the issue and actually find a solution is, in my opinion, a huge added value of this app.

Highly recommended — the app works well, and the support is truly exceptional.

Top support and app!!! Thank you guys!

Skvělá a rychlá podpora s nastavením.

This is a wonderful app, and thank you so much Adam for all the great help and assistance

super fast helpful service!

Absolutely incredible support! I was trying to figure out some pickup solutions, and Adam helped me with everything. It all turned out exactly as I had hoped. Highly recommend!!!!! THANKS, ADAM!

Great support from Adam!

We'd love to give you 6 out of 5 stars! Adam and Jan are amazing - highly responsive, proactive, and overall incredibly easy to work with. Everything seems effortless with them.

Super appka, odporúčame :)

Excellent support and a very useful app! I had a fairly complex setup with FANbox and Sameday Easybox, different shipping rates for standard and personalized products, and post-purchase pickup point selection. Adam was extremely helpful, responded quickly, checked the setup directly, and helped identify and solve the issue. The app now works exactly as I needed. Great support, very professional and patient. Highly recommended!

Skvělý produkt i zákaznická péče – určitě doporučuji.

Diky!

so far so good, great customer support!

We've been using Shopify for several years, and during that time I've tried a few different shipping apps. This one is by far the simplest and most intuitive solution I've used.

You can tell it was built by someone who truly understands how e-commerce businesses work. One feature I especially love is being able to update a customer's address or pickup point directly from the order page, without jumping between different screens. It saves time and makes the whole workflow much smoother.

Another huge advantage is the pricing. There are no hidden fees for extra integrations or essential features - you know exactly what you're paying for.

What impressed me the most is the support. Whenever I had a question or ran into an issue, the team responded incredibly fast and always helped me resolve it. I also suggested a feature that I felt was missing, and to my surprise, they implemented it very quickly. It's rare to find a team that listens to user feedback and acts on it so fast.

I've already recommended this app to several friends, and I'll continue recommending it without hesitation.

A big thank you to Adam and the entire team for building such an excellent product. Keep up the great work!

We’ve been using Globe for over two years without any issues and it has proven to be a fast and reliable solution for our store. The setup was straightforward and the interface is intuitive, so we were able to get everything running quickly without unnecessary complexity. The seamless integration with our fulfillment process has been especially valuable. It keeps order handling and shipping well organized, reduces manual work and makes our daily operations smoother and more efficient.

Perfektní a maximálně rychlá podpora - podařilo se nám vyřešit problém, nad kterým jsme si sami lámali hlavu týden.

App works fine for our GLS parcel deliveries. It tracks status of each parcel and automatically collects COD payments on open orders which saves us a lot of time. Also very helpful and quick support by Adam. We appreciate the high responsiveness. Easy 5 stars.

Thank you Adam for your help

Excellent app and outstanding customer support

The app works perfectly with FOXPOST, GLS and MPL pickup points, including our separate card payment and cash-on-delivery shipping options.

We had a configuration issue, and Adam was incredibly helpful, patient and thorough. He investigated everything carefully, found the exact cause of the problem and fixed it very quickly.

I’m really happy with both the app and the excellent customer support. Highly recommended!

Odpověděl během pár minut a vše vyřešil. Vřele doporučuji!

We compared a bunch of apps for an enterprise client before landing on Globe, for both its feature completeness and great support from the developers

Great app, incredibly useful, with outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!

App works as intended so far. But I would like to highlight the excellent support from the team (Adam and Jan in this case :-) ). He was very helpful and whenever I had a question regarding anything about the delivery process or needed assistance, he responded quickly and provided effective solutions. Overall, a great experience and I truly appreciate the level of customer care.

Fast help with settings. Great support.

A great app that perfectly meets all my needs for shipping to the EU. But what I really have to highlight is the support (Adam)!!! He helps immediately and resolves issues, which is crucial when you need to send packages. His willingness to address features that aren’t part of the app is also exceptional. For that alone, they deserve six stars.

Absolutely the most responsive support team of any app we use. They take care of everything quickly and reliably. If there’s an integration they don’t yet offer but we need it, I simply mention it to them and within just over a week it’s built. Excellent service and highly recommended.

Great app and excellent support. The team was very responsive, helpful, and patient during the integration and testing process. Communication was always fast and professional.

Great app with a huge number of available pickup points. The biggest plus for me is their customer care — whenever I ran into a technical issue, they helped me right away, and even custom-coded features when I needed them.

Toop aplikace, která funguje a hlavně přístup support/u je velmi rychlej a užitečnej. Dokonce pomohl s nastavením, kterej zvyšuje prodeje. Doporučuju ! ! ! ! !.

Podpora reagovala extrémně rychle a ochotně.

Great app and even better support. Fast, reliable, and functional. Highly recommended.

Very easy-to-use program with everything you need in one place. The support team responds quickly and provides accurate help. Overall, the service is very pleasant and reliable.

Velká spokojenost, vždy se vším rychle pomůžou.

great service & help. never had this kind of service. PERFECT

Super

This is honestly one of the best apps I’ve used on Shopify.

The pickup point selection works extremely well and the whole system is very smooth and intuitive. It significantly improved my checkout experience and reduced customer confusion.

What really stands out is the support — incredibly fast, helpful, and professional. They helped me set everything up properly and even went beyond expectations to optimize the flow.

Highly recommended for anyone using pickup points. This is a must-have app if you want a clean, high-converting checkout.

Great app and very easy to use. We’re currently migrating all of our shipping carriers so we can manage everything through this platform. The support has been outstanding. Adam and his team have been incredibly helpful throughout the process and have quickly implemented custom solutions for our more complex shipping scenarios.

Nemám žiadne výhrady, appka je naozaj skvelá. Konečne odpadá nutnosť mať samostatné napojenie na každého dopravcu, čo šetrí kopu peňazí. Globe prináša množstvo vylepšení, ktoré som inde nevidel. Veľkou výhodou je aj skvelý support, neustále pribúdajúce nové funkcie a veľmi jednoduché, logické nastavenie.

Rychlá komunikace. Vše OK.

The Globe team responds quickly and helps solve any issue efficiently. Highly recommended for anyone using Shopify pickups.

Very good experience, really recommend.

Merci.

We have been using Globe for over a year now; it is a great solution for pickup points and shipment automation at this price point. It’s a very user friendly app with clearly outlined documentation. And if you struggle, there is always someone to help.

Highly recommended!

Great app! Very easy to set up and works flawlessly. Also the customer support is 10/10 :)

Vše perfektně funkční, rychlá reakce podpory na dotazy! 100% doporučuji

Adam is the best operator

Simply phenomenal customer support!

At the beginning, I had several issues with the setup and honestly felt a bit lost. However, the support team responded quickly and professionally to every single question I had, guiding me step by step through the entire configuration process.

I would especially like to highlight Adam’s work — he was extremely helpful, patient, and highly knowledgeable. He resolved all of my issues very quickly and made sure the app was perfectly integrated with my store.

It’s rare to experience such a high level of support. I can only recommend this app!

We ship to pickup points accross Europe in variousnetworks and and Globe Point works great for us. Support is very responsive and helps to sort out any problems or questions. Highly recommended.

Top and fast service!

Skvělá zákaznická podpora, používám na všech eshopech. Jednoznačně nejlepší volba pro integraci Zásilkovny a PPL

Doporučuji

We use the Globe Pick Up Points app across multiple Dedoles markets within our e-commerce stores, and we are very satisfied with it.

The app is clear, intuitive, and reliable. The implementation went smoothly, and everything works exactly as expected. We especially appreciate the ease of setup and the overall user-friendliness.

The biggest advantage, however, is the support team (especially Adam) – they respond very quickly, are always helpful, and handle any additional settings or custom adjustments almost immediately. Communication is professional and efficient.

On behalf of the Dedoles team, we highly recommend it :-)

Great app that I use on my eshop for multiple countries. Excellent service, a tiny setup issue I had was resolved within half an hour.

The Globe app? A total game changer! The user experience is seamless, and the customer service is outstanding. Highly recommended!

App is working good, great support.

Very useful app, helped me a lot. When I didn't know something, Adam helped me a lot

Skvělá appka. Funguje o dost lépe než konkurenční. Zákaznická podpora reaguje velmi rychle a s ochotou.

Skvelá komunikácia, support a skvely tool.

V pulnoci odpovidat na support chat, a jinak kdykoliv behem par sekund, crazy, dekujeme.

First of all, a huge thank you to Adam from Appfleece! He helped and advised with everything. This is how I imagine customer support, very helpful and they respond at lightning speed. An absolutely essential application that works perfectly!

The best shipping app with the best support across the Shopify App Store. Thanks, Adam!

doporučujeme

Clear instructions, simple setup, and solid documentation. Their support team is on another level — quick, engaged, and great at finding practical solutions.

Spokojený s funkcionalitou a hlavně s podporou.

Nápomocní, ochotní, mohu jen doporučit.

Skvělá, bezkonkurenční podpora. Za pár minut jsme nastavili to, co bych sám dělal týden a spíš bych to ani nedokázal. Děkuji konkrétně Adamovi :-)

vše funguje jednoduše a bez problémů.

Amazingly easy to use and integrate with. Took maybe 2 minutes. Tested it, works like a charm. Super responsive and supportive team. I appreciated the flexibility, and all the fields we can play with on the operational side when fulfilling orders. Cheers, folks!

Best staff, always help with everything

tip-top

Everything works exactly as expected — maybe even beyond expectations! The app is reliable and integrates perfectly with our store. Communication with the support team is extremely fast and helpful — they always respond quickly and solve any issue with care. Highly recommended!

A must-have app if you offer pickup point delivery. Super easy to set up, works seamlessly inside Shopify, and supports a huge range of carriers. The integration is smooth, the map loads fast, and it updates pickup points in real time. Their support team is responsive and helpful too. If you're in Europe and want a reliable solution for ACS, ELTA, BoxNow, or any other locker network—this is it. Worth every cent.

Oceňuji hlavně vstřícnost, ochotu a rychlou reakci. Takhle si představuji ideální zákaznický servis i funkční appku. Doporučuji všemi deseti!

Skvelá pomoc a skvelá apka dakujem páni

Servis i podpora fungují skvěle – vždy ochotně poradí a všechno rychle vyřeší.

Skvělá aplikace, jednoduché a intuitivní.

Great customer service ! Quick to respond and very quick to solve my issue !

Easy installation, reliable app, quick and simple setup, wide choice of carriers. They’ve really got it perfected. Works with Shopify Markets. Customer support is also fast.

The app is great – just like other ones from the developer Appfleece – absolutely essential for the Czech and Slovak market. Easy to use and with high-quality chat support ready to help within moments throughout the day.

I contacted the app’s support team and received very helpful assistance. My issue was resolved quickly and professionally. Great service!

Really great app for choosing pickup points! Finally something that covers all the carriers!

Really helpful staff. Thank you!

Professionals.

Skvela online podpora

Aplikace funguje velmi dobře. Skvělá je online podpora, kdy opravdu vždy, když potřebuji něco řešit, poradit nebo upravit během pár minut přes online chat tvůrci reagují a vždy mi pomohou. Spolupráci s appfleece máme i nad rámec aplikace a mohu s klidným svědomím doporučit.

Globe has made a big difference in how we handle shipping across our Shopify Plus stores — it’s intuitive, reliable, and has saved us countless hours. It streamlined our logistics in ways that let us focus more on what we love: building great products for cyclists.

Super appka, jednoduchá, přesně to co jsme potřebovali. Výběr výdejních míst z mapy a podpora je naprosto skvělá! Vždy mi se vším ochotně pomohli. Moc děkuji za to!

A must have app for all european shopify stores, helping to easily overcome shopify's quite combersome limitations with enable stores to have pickup points, with wide range of options. In Hungary, 80-90% percent of my customers are using pickup points as a delivery option, so we could make our revenue thanks for Globe: Pickup Points.

Its especially helpful for crossborder sales in the EU, able to offer local/national carrier options.

Also the customer support is the fastest by so far, compared to the customer service of other apps that i used before. Great, detailed support with the installation, and almost instantly when you ecounter an issue.

Cant ask for more.

Excellent app and excellent customer support! 10 out of 10.

Best wishes from Hungary!

biscottiz.hu

Great and immediate help from the support team with the implementation of the app on our e-shop. We had several specific requirements for shipping methods that couldn’t be set directly in the user interface, but their team was able to easily adjust and customize the app to meet our needs. I also highly appreciate the simplicity and clarity of the entire app. It’s the perfect plugin for expanding and growing a network of carriers.

Great app and even better support! They helped me quickly set up everything I needed. The ability to manage all carriers in one place is just awesome. Thank you! :)

We use Globe after switching from another solution and for me great! The variety of providers is great and the UX of the app towards customers is awesome. The benefit for ours is the further development of the app and the potential to connect carriers via API. Support for the app is great - fast, helpful.

We used to use different apps like Zásilkovna (Digismoothie) for pickup points, but this one can handle multiple carriers, the settings is great, much more customizations, custom e-mail sender domain and the support is just amazing. Manually adding pickup points for clients is a bit non-intuitive, but it's not very common. App can work with multiple markets, countries and languages (there are some limitations, but it's still the best I've seen).

The app for pick-up points and logistics integration is a game-changer! Super intuitive and has made managing our e-shop so much easier. Can’t wait to work on more projects together. We can only recommend!

Super podpora, ďakujem

Great service. unrivaled support. Everything works. We are happy to change our original app to Globe. Really smooth everything

Adam is the best, he was very helpful. App is easy to setup and works for us very well.

As an eShop owner, Pickup Points has transformed the way I manage deliveries. This app is incredibly user-friendly and makes coordinating parcel pickups for my customers effortless.

The extensive network of pickup points ensures my customers always have a convenient location to collect their orders. Notifications keep both me and my customers informed, enhancing the overall shopping experience.

What stands out the most is their excellent customer service. The support team is always responsive and quick to resolve any issues, which is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction.

With flexible pickup times and reliable service, Pickup Points has become an essential tool for my business. Highly recommended for any eShop owner!

The app works exactly how you want it to work. It integrates several courier apps into one. I had the very best experience with support, namely Adam. Thank you for that!

The best pickup point app there is. Works well, looks clean, it is easy to connect and install. The support team is very helpful, and communicates really fast. Would recommend to everyone.

Great app! We are using it for PPL and Zasilkovna. Both works very well! Support is highly responsive and friendly.

Really helpful app. Exporting orders to packeta for label is really smooth and i dont need to touch Packeta separetely. One of the best apps you can get !

PS already my 2nd app by Appfleece <3

This app is fantastic it simplifies all our processes and integrates multiple apps into one cohesive system. By doing so, it saves us both time and money. We highly recommend Globe to any online store looking to enhance efficiency and streamline their workflows. It's an invaluable tool for any serious e-commerce business.

Connection to pick-up points from different carriers in one application? Something like that was missing here. It works great and also if a problem is found, they make sure that it is fixed as soon as possible. Recommend.

This app has made managing our orders so much easier. Exporting orders to Zasilkovna and printing shipping labels is now just a one-click process, making everything much faster. We also love the support for various shipping providers and the easy and straightforward integration with our distribution center. The automatic rounding for cash on delivery orders and the clear pick-up point selection at checkout are huge perks. The Globe app has saved us a ton of time and improved our fulfillment efficiency. Highly recommend!

Globe Pickup is a great tool for me and my customers. It improved customer experience while choosing Zásilkovna pickup points directly from checkout. Totally recommended.

Just installed, placed a test order and seems to be working flawlessly. Amazing help throughout the installation. Can only warmly recommend the app so far.

Easy setup, fast and helpful support. I recommend

Simply fantastic. Adam & Jan have been so helpful and accommodating. My shipping provider was not supported by Globe however after a quick conversation my provider was added with no issues.

Any question I asked were answered promptly and any additional functions requested were added within 24 hours.

I cannot recommend Globe enough. They solved an issue I was facing where others were unable to assist.

Thanks for this app. It solved our problem with Packeta widget (Zásilkovna) after payment. We currently have it directly in Checkout, and thanks to that is our Customer Care more efficient and faster processing of orders.

Excellent solution for adding pickup points directly to checkout, easy to setup and works as expected
