We have been using Globe Pickup Points on our Shopify store and have been very happy with the app. It solves a fairly significant Shopify limitation: for non-Plus merchants, Shopify does not natively allow customers to select a pickup point directly at checkout.

Moving the pickup point selection to the cart has made a big difference for us and helped us significantly reduce the number of undelivered shipments.

What I appreciate most, however, is the support from the developers. They have always responded almost immediately and have been willing to solve every issue we encountered — even when the problem was caused by our rather non-standard Shopify setup. Their willingness to investigate the issue and actually find a solution is, in my opinion, a huge added value of this app.

Highly recommended — the app works well, and the support is truly exceptional.

I had a fairly complex setup with FANbox and Sameday Easybox, different shipping rates for standard and personalized products, and post-purchase pickup point selection. We've been using Shopify for several years, and during that time I've tried a few different shipping apps. This one is by far the simplest and most intuitive solution I've used.

You can tell it was built by someone who truly understands how e-commerce businesses work. One feature I especially love is being able to update a customer's address or pickup point directly from the order page, without jumping between different screens. It saves time and makes the whole workflow much smoother.

Another huge advantage is the pricing. There are no hidden fees for extra integrations or essential features - you know exactly what you're paying for.

What impressed me the most is the support. Whenever I had a question or ran into an issue, the team responded incredibly fast and always helped me resolve it. I also suggested a feature that I felt was missing, and to my surprise, they implemented it very quickly. It's rare to find a team that listens to user feedback and acts on it so fast.

I've already recommended this app to several friends, and I'll continue recommending it without hesitation.

We’ve been using Globe for over two years without any issues and it has proven to be a fast and reliable solution for our store. App works fine for our GLS parcel deliveries. It tracks status of each parcel and automatically collects COD payments on open orders which saves us a lot of time. Also very helpful and quick support by Adam. We appreciate the high responsiveness. Easy 5 stars.

The app works perfectly with FOXPOST, GLS and MPL pickup points, including our separate card payment and cash-on-delivery shipping options.

We had a configuration issue, and Adam was incredibly helpful, patient and thorough. He investigated everything carefully, found the exact cause of the problem and fixed it very quickly.

A great app that perfectly meets all my needs for shipping to the EU. But what I really have to highlight is the support (Adam)!!! He helps immediately and resolves issues, which is crucial when you need to send packages. His willingness to address features that aren’t part of the app is also exceptional. Testovala jsem několik různých Shopify integrací pro výdejní místa a dopravu a Globe to vyhrál na plné čáře.

Podpora reagovala extrémně rychle a ochotně. Společně jsme vyřešili poměrně specifický problém s API integrací testovací verze Balíkovny rychle a efektivně a teď už všechno krásně funguje tak, jak má.

Jejich prostředí je jednoduché, intuitivní a velmi příjemné na používání. Velké plus je možnost tisknout štítky přímo z Shopify pro většinu hlavních českých dopravců.

A must have app for all european shopify stores, helping to easily overcome shopify's quite combersome limitations with enable stores to have pickup points, with wide range of options. In Hungary, 80-90% percent of my customers are using pickup points as a delivery option, so we could make our revenue thanks for Globe: Pickup Points.

Its especially helpful for crossborder sales in the EU, able to offer local/national carrier options.

Also the customer support is the fastest by so far, compared to the customer service of other apps that i used before. Great, detailed support with the installation, and almost instantly when you ecounter an issue.

We use Globe after switching from another solution and for me great! The variety of providers is great and the UX of the app towards customers is awesome. The benefit for ours is the further development of the app and the potential to connect carriers via API. Support for the app is great - fast, helpful.

We used to use different apps like Zásilkovna (Digismoothie) for pickup points, but this one can handle multiple carriers, the settings is great, much more customizations, custom e-mail sender domain and the support is just amazing. Manually adding pickup points for clients is a bit non-intuitive, but it's not very common. App can work with multiple markets, countries and languages (there are some limitations, but it's still the best I've seen).

I've used hundreds of apps and this is by far my favourite one. Adam is awesome and was so helpful. Can't recommend this app enough.

Simply fantastic. Adam & Jan have been so helpful and accommodating. My shipping provider was not supported by Globe however after a quick conversation my provider was added with no issues.
