How do I connect my own pickup points to Shopify?
Add a new carrier in Globe with a custom API endpoint. When a customer searches, Globe sends a POST request with their location and your API returns the nearby points as JSON. The full request and response format is in the developer docs.
Can I offer my own pickup points alongside carrier networks?
Yes. Your custom network is added as another carrier in Globe, so customers can see your locations next to carriers like DPD or Packeta, or on their own.
Can points show opening hours and custom map pins?
Yes. Every point can include per-day opening hours and a custom pin image, so your brand's locations look right on the checkout map.
What if we can't build an API?
Send us your locations and we'll add your pickup points for you. No development required. Larger networks can switch to the live API later without changing anything for customers.
