Is this an official Mailstep integration?
The connection runs through Shopify order attributes, the standard field Mailstep reads with every order import. There is nothing to develop or certify: Globe ships ready-made attribute templates, and when a partner expects a specific format, we add a template for it.
What data does Mailstep see?
Whatever you configure. Typically the pickup point's name, street address, ID and the carrier, written as order attributes on each order.
What if a different format is needed?
Attribute keys and values are templated in Globe, so you can adapt them. Alternatively, build a custom CSV export that matches any import spec exactly.
Do I need to tell Mailstep anything before going live?
A short heads-up helps. Tell your onboarding contact that the pickup point arrives in order attributes; most teams map it in minutes, and if they prefer a specific format, Globe's templates adapt to it.
Does cash on delivery work for pickup point orders?
Yes. A COD order carries its pickup point like any other, and for supported carriers Globe also tracks COD payments and keeps the payment status accurate back in Shopify.
