Mailstep connects to your Shopify store directly. Globe's job is to make sure every order carries complete pickup-point data in its order attributes — the standard place fulfillment systems read from. No middleware or custom development is needed.

What data does Mailstep see?

Whatever you configure — typically the pickup point's name, street address, ID and the carrier, written as order attributes on each order.

What if a different format is needed?

Attribute keys and values are templated in Globe, so you can adapt them. Alternatively, build a custom CSV export that matches any import spec exactly.
