What's new for Packeta
- Customer Returns via Packeta: a Code Instead of a LabelYour customers can now return a parcel through Packeta without printing anything, including drop-off at any Z-BOX. Globe creates the return, Packeta emails the customer a drop-off code, and they hand the parcel over at any Packeta pick-up point or Z-BOX. That's the whole flow.
- Drop Packeta Parcels Straight into a Z-BOXPacketa now lets you hand parcels over at a Z-BOX instead of queueing at a branch. The box opens with a nine-digit consign code typed on its keypad, and Globe can now put that code in front of you together with the label.
- Packeta Widget IntegrationIn addition to the built-in map view, you can now use the official Packeta widget for selecting pickup points from Packeta. Customers get the familiar Packeta experience (with search, filtering, and detailed point info) right inside the checkout, without ever leaving your store.
- Two-Way integration with PacketaWe made improvements to our Packeta integration - it now includes a two-way sync, ensuring the delivery status of your parcels is updated in Shopify as they progress through the shipping process.
