How Facederma packs and ships skincare through Packeta with Globe
Facederma is a Slovak skincare brand that makes its products in Slovakia. It runs two stores on Shopify Plus, one for Slovakia and one for Czechia, and ships everything through Packeta, which Czech shoppers know as Zásilkovna.
We built both stores at Appfleece, and Globe has run in them since the move to Shopify in August 2025. Customers pick a pickup point right in the checkout, the warehouse prints A7 labels from the Shopify admin, and every order goes past a barcode scanner before it is packed.

One network for both stores
Facederma ships through Packeta in Slovakia and through Zásilkovna, Packeta's Czech brand, in Czechia. Each store has its own account, and the pickup points show up in the Shopify Plus checkout right under the shipping rate.
- The nearest pickup points and Z-BOX lockers are sorted by the address the customer entered.
- The chosen point shows its opening hours, and Z-BOX lockers carry a 24/7 tag.
- The whole network is also on a map.
- Home delivery is the second rate, and both stores take cash on delivery.
Custom logic
The custom part: Skladník, packing with a barcode scanner
The problem: Since September 2025 Facederma has packed its own orders, without a warehouse system. Every parcel still has to hold the right products, the full contents of each set and, for Christmas sets, a gift box.
What Globe does now
We built Skladník for their warehouse, an app right inside the Shopify admin. The packer scans the Packeta label, the order opens, and each product is confirmed with the scanner.
- Products are checked by EAN. Samples that go in an envelope have their barcode printed separately.
- For sets, Skladník lists what belongs inside, and for Christmas sets it reminds the packer of the gift box.
- An unpaid order is flagged before it gets packed.
- Every store on Globe can now do the same with Pick & Ship, in beta for now.

What the packer sees in Skladník
One screen holds everything the packer needs: the order's products on the left, the shipment details on the right.
- Every product has a card with its photo, EAN and how many units are packed out of how many ordered. The + and − buttons adjust the count by hand.
- Once every unit is scanned, a green banner at the top confirms the order is packed.
B2C, paid
- A green B2C bar and the payment status: this order was paid upfront.
- It shows the pickup point the customer chose in checkout, here a Z-BOX.
- Products from a set show which set they belong to.

A7 labels, and cash on delivery that marks itself paid
The warehouse prints Packeta labels from the Shopify admin on an A7 thermal printer, one order at a time or in batches. Globe takes care of what happens once a label exists.
- A whole batch, pickup points and home delivery alike, comes as one PDF.
- Globe fulfils the order, emails the customer the tracking number and adds a tag.
- If an order already has a label, Globe warns before a second one is created, so one order never gets two.
- Globe tracks the delivery, and once Packeta collects the cash on delivery payment it marks the order paid in Shopify.
