What is the Pickup Point Delivery Option Generator?
A Shopify Functions API (currently in beta) that dynamically generates pickup point delivery options at checkout, so points render natively in the delivery step. Globe integrates with it while keeping your existing configuration.
Do I need Shopify Plus?
Yes. Shopify limits the generator to Plus stores while it's in beta. On other plans, use the cart widget, checkout shipping rates or the post-purchase selector instead.
Does it replace my Globe setup?
No. Globe keeps managing carrier mapping and writes the selected point to order attributes, so your exports, labels and integrations continue to work exactly as before.
How do I enable it?
Contact our support team. We'll guide you through creating the custom app, deploy the required Shopify Function and verify the integration together, free of charge.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setting up the generator is part of our customer support and costs nothing on top of your Globe plan. No onboarding package, no hourly rate.
