Is this an official Fulfillment.cz integration?
The connection runs through Shopify order attributes, the standard field Fulfillment.cz reads with every order import. There is nothing to develop or certify: Globe ships ready-made attribute templates, and when a partner expects a specific format, we add a template for it.
What data does Fulfillment.cz see?
Whatever you configure. Typically the pickup point's name, street address, ID and the carrier, written as order attributes on each order.
What if a different format is needed?
Attribute keys and values are templated in Globe, so you can adapt them. Alternatively, build a custom CSV export that matches any import spec exactly.
How do we switch this on with Fulfillment.cz?
There is no switch to flip. Globe writes the point to order attributes on every order, so it is waiting there the moment Fulfillment.cz processes your Shopify orders. Mention it to your account manager so the warehouse maps the fields.
Does cash on delivery work for pickup point orders?
Yes. COD orders carry their pickup point like any other order, and for supported carriers Globe tracks the COD payments back in Shopify.
