Is this an official Shipmall integration?
The connection runs through Shopify order attributes, the standard field Shipmall reads with every order import. There is nothing to develop or certify: Globe ships ready-made attribute templates, and when a partner expects a specific format, we add a template for it.
What data does Shipmall see?
Whatever you configure. Typically the pickup point's name, street address, ID and the carrier, written as order attributes on each order.
What if a different format is needed?
Attribute keys and values are templated in Globe, so you can adapt them. Alternatively, build a custom CSV export that matches any import spec exactly.
How fast can we go live?
Usually the same day. Install Globe, enable your carriers and the attributes start appearing on new orders; Shipmall reads them with its regular order import.
What if we ship some orders ourselves and some through Shipmall?
The attributes are on every order, so both flows see the same data. The warehouse reads the point from its import and you see it right on the order detail in Shopify.
