COD tracking & verification
COD on your labels
The cash-on-delivery amount and currency are passed with the export. TopTrans, for example, supports COD in both CZK and EUR.
Payment verification
For carriers like Packeta (Zásilkovna) and MyGLS, Globe tracks when the COD is collected and verifies the payment back in Shopify.
COD rounding
Round COD amounts to whole crowns or another increment to match carrier requirements, configured once in settings.

Yes. For carriers that support COD, customers pay on collection and Globe tracks the payment.
Which carriers support COD payment tracking?
COD payment tracking and verification is available for supported direct carriers such as Packeta (Zásilkovna) and MyGLS; for other carriers, COD details are passed with the export.
Can I charge a COD fee at checkout?
Adding a cash-on-delivery surcharge at checkout is handled by our Payflow app. It pairs perfectly with Globe.
