How it works
Background sync of pickup points to Picqer orders: PostNL, DHL and DPD.

Background sync, zero clicks
Globe locates the corresponding Picqer order and writes the pickup-point details automatically. If the order isn't in Picqer yet, it retries up to 3 times at 1-minute intervals.

PostNL, DHL & DPD
Supports PostNL (including PakjeGemak and Parcel Machines), DHL Parcel pickup points and DPD Parcelshops. These are the carriers Dutch and Belgian warehouses run on.

Simple API setup
Connect with your Picqer API key and subdomain per carrier, generated in Picqer under Settings → API, pasted once into Globe.

Which carriers does the Picqer integration support?
PostNL (including PakjeGemak locations and Parcel Machines), DHL Parcel pickup points and DPD Parcelshops.
What happens if the order isn't in Picqer yet?
Globe retries automatically, up to 3 attempts a minute apart, so the pickup point lands on the order as soon as Picqer has imported it.
Does the sync slow down order processing?
No. Everything happens in the background after the order is placed, without touching your checkout or order import.
Do I need to install anything in Picqer?
No. You generate an API key in Picqer under Settings and API, paste it into Globe once per carrier, and the background sync takes over from there.
We ship PostNL and DPD from one warehouse. Can both use pickup points?
Yes. Each carrier has its own connection in Globe, so PostNL, DHL Parcel and DPD points can run side by side in the same Picqer account.
