What happens if the order isn't in Picqer yet?

Globe retries automatically — up to 3 attempts with 1-minute intervals — so the pickup point lands on the order as soon as Picqer has imported it.

Does the sync slow down order processing?

No — everything happens in the background after the order is placed, without touching your checkout or order import.
