Flexible field mapping
The attribute names and contents are fully configurable in Globe. If the fulfillment setup expects specific fields, match them. A custom CSV export is available as an alternative.

Is this an official EkoSklad integration?
The connection runs through Shopify order attributes, the standard field EkoSklad reads with every order import. There is nothing to develop or certify: Globe ships ready-made attribute templates, and when a partner expects a specific format, we add a template for it.
What data does EkoSklad see?
Whatever you configure. Typically the pickup point's name, street address, ID and the carrier, written as order attributes on each order.
What if a different format is needed?
Attribute keys and values are templated in Globe, so you can adapt them. Alternatively, build a custom CSV export that matches any import spec exactly.
We ship to both Czech and Slovak customers. Are both covered?
Yes. Enable the carriers you ship with in each market and customers pick from their local networks; the order attributes look the same for the warehouse either way.
What happens to orders placed before we added Globe?
Nothing changes for them. Globe fills pickup points from the moment customers can select one in your checkout; older orders keep the shipping data they were placed with.
