The moment a customer picks a pickup point, Globe attaches its name, address, ID and carrier to the order. Base picks it up automatically with the order download.

One-click template setup
Open a carrier in Globe, enable “Create order attributes”, click “Load from template” and choose Baselinker. The required fields are pre-filled. Save and you're done.

Is Base the same as Baselinker?
Yes. Baselinker rebranded to Base (base.com). The integration is unchanged: in Globe the pre-filled template is still named Baselinker, and existing setups keep working without any changes.
How does pickup-point data get into Base?
Globe writes the pickup point to Shopify order attributes using the Baselinker template. Base downloads those attributes together with the order, so the point name, address, ID and carrier appear directly on the Base order.
Do I need to configure anything in Base?
No. Base already downloads order data from your Shopify store. The setup happens on the Globe side, with a pre-filled template.
Which carriers does the Base sync work with?
All carriers you run through Globe. Enable the “Create order attributes” option on each carrier you use.
We also sell on Allegro through Base. What about those orders?
Globe works in your Shopify checkout, so it fills pickup points for Shopify orders. Orders that reach Base from marketplaces keep the pickup data the marketplace collected, and both kinds meet in one place in your Base admin.
Will labels created in Base ship to the customer's chosen point?
Yes. The point is on the order in Base before you create the shipment, so the label and the carrier handover follow the customer's choice.
