No. Globe automatically assigns the last used pickup point from the customer's previous order, so recurring deliveries continue without any customer action.

Effectively all of them. Globe applies the saved pickup point to recurring orders created by any app whose Shopify app name contains “Subscription” — which covers Appstle, Loop, Bold, Skio, PayWhirl, Subify and Shopify Subscriptions — plus Recharge and Seal Subscriptions, which are matched by name. No setup or field mapping is needed.

Yes. Recharge is matched by name, so every Recharge renewal inherits the pickup point the customer chose on their first order, with no extra configuration.

Does Globe work with Appstle Subscriptions?

Yes. Appstle's Shopify app name contains “Subscriptions”, so its recurring orders automatically receive the customer's saved pickup point.

Yes. Seal is matched by name, so its recurring orders inherit the saved pickup point automatically.

Question 6

My subscription app isn't listed. Will it work?

Accepted Answer

Almost certainly. If the app's name in Shopify contains the word “Subscription”, its recurring orders are handled automatically. If it uses a different name and renewals arrive without a pickup point, contact us — adding a name to the rule is a small change.

Question 7

What happens when a pickup point closes?

Accepted Answer

Remove the point from the subscription order and ask the customer to select a new one via the order status page. Globe saves the new selection and uses it for all future subscription orders.
