Customer Returns via Packeta — a Code Instead of a Label
Your customers can now return a parcel through Packeta without printing anything — including drop-off at any Z-BOX. Globe creates the return, Packeta emails the customer a drop-off code, and they hand the parcel over at any Packeta pick-up point or Z-BOX. That's the whole flow.
How to create one: open the order, run Create shipping labels, pick your Packeta account and the product Vrácení zásilky zákazníkem (customer return). It appears for orders delivered to the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania — the countries with Packeta's own network.
A few things worth knowing before the first click:
- The email goes out immediately. Creating the return sends the customer a Packeta email with the code and instructions right away — the action warns you before you confirm.
- There is no label. After creating you'll see the drop-off code next to the order; the customer doesn't print anything and neither do you.
- The return is delivered back to the address set in your Packeta client section (invoice address), and Packeta bills it to your account by their price list.
- The customer's email address on the order is required — that's where the code goes.
Returns stay a deliberately manual, one-order-at-a-time action: you won't find them in bulk export or Flow automation, so a misconfigured rule can never mass-email your customers.
