Better Warnings for Unpaid Orders When Creating Labels

Shipping an unpaid order that isn't cash on delivery usually means one thing: nobody ever collects the money. Globe now flags that before the label exists.

Unpaid order without cash on delivery: if an order still has an outstanding balance but its payment method isn't recognized as COD, the label form shows a warning. If the courier should collect the money on delivery, enter the COD amount manually; if the customer is paying up front, make sure the payment actually arrived before you ship.

The existing unpaid bank transfer warning works as before, and you'll keep seeing it on orders that are waiting for a transfer.

Both warnings appear in single-order and bulk label creation.

And since a warning is only as good as the detection behind it: Globe now recognizes cash on delivery in more payment-method names, including the Polish Pobranie.
