Drop Packeta Parcels Straight into a Z-BOX

Packeta now lets you hand parcels over at a Z-BOX instead of queueing at a branch. The box opens with a nine-digit consign code typed on its keypad, and Globe can now put that code in front of you together with the label.

Turn it on in your Packeta settings under Shipping labels: Show consign code (Z-BOX). It's off by default, so nothing changes for anyone who ships the usual way.

Once enabled, the code shows up in three places:

• next to the shipment number when you create a label for a single order
• beside each order in the batch summary after a bulk export
• as its own column on the handover list you print for the batch, so the whole drop-off fits on one sheet

The code is fetched for labels created after you switch the setting on. Older labels keep the shipment number only. And if Packeta can't hand the code over for some reason, your label is still created exactly as before.
