How does Nova Post integration with Globe work?
Install Globe and enable Nova Post. Customers pick a Nova Post branch or locker on an interactive map at checkout, and the selection flows straight into your Shopify order.

Can I print Nova Post labels directly from Shopify?
Yes. Enter the API key from my.novapost.com and your Nova Post contract details in Globe, then create labels from your Shopify orders. Nova Post sets the label size, 10x10 or 10x15 cm. For parcels to Ukraine, Moldova and the United Kingdom, Globe fills in Nova Post's customs invoice from the order lines and can print it with the label. Nova Post labels are in beta: the integration is new, and you can contact support from the integration page in Globe.
How long does it take to set up Nova Post?

Are there any extra costs for high order volumes?
No. Globe's pricing is flat with a free 14-day trial, with no per-order or per-label fees. Your own Nova Post carrier rates apply per your Nova Post contract.
