How does Chronopost integration with Globe work?
Install Globe from the Shopify App Store and enable Chronopost. Customers pick a Pickup or Shop2Shop point on an interactive map at checkout, and the selection flows straight into your Shopify order.
Which countries does Chronopost cover?
Chronopost has 16,000+ Pickup points in France and 42,000+ across Europe, including 17,000+ Shop2Shop locations.
Can I print Chronopost labels directly from Shopify?
Yes. Enter the number and password of your Chronopost contract in Globe and create labels for parcels sent from France, in 10x15 cm or four to an A4 sheet. Orders with cash on delivery cannot go with Chronopost. Chronopost labels are in beta: the integration is new, and you can contact support from the integration page in Globe.
How long does it take to set up Chronopost?
Just minutes: install Globe, enable Chronopost, and its pickup points appear at your checkout immediately.
Are there any extra costs for high order volumes?
No. Globe's pricing is flat with a free 14-day trial, with no per-order or per-label fees. Your own Chronopost carrier rates apply per your Chronopost contract.
Can Globe create Chronopost labels automatically?
Yes. Globe adds a “Create shipping label” action to Shopify Flow, so Chronopost labels can be created on their own, for example as soon as an order is paid.
