Smarter pickup reminders. When a customer's order is missing a pickup point selection, Globe now follows up automatically with a polite reminder email — fully reworked filtering means the right customers get nudged at the right time, and nobody gets a reminder they don't need.

Send from your own domain. Customer-facing emails from Globe can now be sent from your store's own email domain instead of ours. Verify your domain once in Globe settings and every reminder lands in the inbox looking like it came from you — because it did.
