DHL Packstation lockers in Germany and Luxembourg require the customer's personal DHL Postnummer — something only the customer can type in at checkout. Our Select nearest pickup point Flow action runs in the background without one, so a Packstation was never a choice it should make.

Now it knows that: when auto-selecting a DHL point for orders shipping to Germany or Luxembourg, the action skips Packstations and picks the nearest Postfiliale or parcelshop instead — a point the parcel can actually be delivered to.

Customers choosing on the checkout map are unaffected — they can still pick a Packstation and enter their Postnummer as always.
