FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Can't find your answer? Write to us.
How does Econt integration with Globe work?
Install Globe from the Shopify App Store and enable Econt. Customers pick an Econtomat locker, office or partner point on an interactive map at checkout, and the selection flows straight into your Shopify order.
Which countries does Econt cover?
Econt covers Bulgaria, Greece and Romania, with 600+ Econtomat lockers, 550+ offices and 200+ partner pickup points.
Can I print Econt labels directly from Shopify?
Yes. Enter your e-Econt login in Globe and create Econt labels for parcels sent from Bulgaria, in 10x15 cm, 10x9 cm or A4. Econt labels are in beta: the integration is new, and you can contact support from the integration page in Globe.
How long does it take to set up Econt?
Just minutes: install Globe, enable Econt, and its pickup points appear at your checkout immediately.
Are there any extra costs for high order volumes?
No. Globe's pricing is flat with a free 14-day trial, with no per-order or per-label fees. Your own Econt carrier rates apply per your Econt contract.
Can Globe create Econt labels automatically?
Yes. Globe adds a “Create shipping label” action to Shopify Flow, so Econt labels can be created on their own, for example as soon as an order is paid.
