Effitrace and Sendcloud Now Read Your Pickup Points
Relay points saved like the official Chronopost and Colissimo apps for Effitr@ce, and Sendcloud service points written onto the order inside Sendcloud.
Two warehouse systems now get the pickup point exactly where they look for it.
Effitr@ce (Effitrace), the WMS by Effisys used by French logistics providers, recognises a relay delivery by the shipping method name and by the data the official carrier apps leave on the order. Under Post-order processing, a Chronopost or Colissimo provider in Globe now has two options:
- Save the pickup point like the official app: Chronopost points go to
order.chronopost-relay-id, Colissimo points toColissimo.servicewith the point type (A2P or BPR), in the same format as the carriers' own Shopify apps. Mondial Relay already had its attribute template. - Rename the shipping method on the order: for example to "Chronopost - Livraison en relais Pickup", so one "Point relais" rate in your checkout can cover several carriers while the warehouse still sees each one by name.
Sendcloud: its Shopify import ignores service points chosen in other apps. When the point comes from the Sendcloud provider and you add the Secret key next to the Public key, Globe now writes it onto the imported order in Sendcloud through the API, in the same field you fill when you pick a point by hand. The label goes to the right point without a click.
