How Jančařík offers Packeta pickup points in the cart with Globe
Jančařík is a family business from Slavičín in Czechia. It makes shoes in its own workshop, with a large share of the work done by hand, and sells them on Shopify.
Only the Shopify Plus plan allows pickup points in the checkout itself. So since March 2026 Jančařík has offered them in the cart. Customers pick a Packeta pickup point or Z-BOX before they reach the checkout, and the checkout simply takes it over.

The pickup point is chosen in the cart
Under the items in the cart there are two cards, Home delivery and Pickup points. The second opens a Packeta map with the points and Z-BOXes around the address the customer enters.
- The list next to the map sorts the points by distance. Z-BOXes carry a 24/7 badge.
- The chosen point stays in the cart with its address and can be changed.

The checkout takes over the chosen point
In the checkout, the Packeta shipping method is renamed to the chosen point and the other delivery methods are hidden. Globe fills in the point's address as the shipping address, so the customer only adds their name and contact details.
- It works on the Grow plan, without Shopify Plus.
- Customers who don't choose a point in the cart choose it after completing the order, on the thank-you page.

Labels and reminders
Jančařík prints its labels straight from Globe. Pickup point parcels go with Packeta, home deliveries in Czechia with PPL.
- Once the label is printed, Globe fulfils the order and the customer gets an e-mail with the tracking number.
- The order gets the tag point_selected, or point_unselected when the point is missing.
- When the point is missing, Globe sends the customer an e-mail reminder with the five points closest to the order's address, each with a Choose this point button.
